Cultivating Unconditional Self-Worth

I gave a TEDx Talk at DePaul on May 1st, 2018 on the topic of cultivating unconditional self-worth. I shared my own struggles with self-worth as well as my recommendations for practices that we can all engage in to cultivate unconditional self-worth. I hope you will check the talk out and share it with people you think might benefit from the message. You can find the video here. I have also included the video below.

  1. All 15:20 were brilliant. The first thing I noticed was how articulate you are. I imagine this goes a long way in both your professional and personal life. You make yourself clear. There’s more than one way to show off your dance moves.

I’ve seen people that can dance on the dance floor, the street, and in front of their friends, but have poor dance moves when it comes to boogying their feet towards a successful life.

You probably realize that perfection is unattainable as we have no known human models of perfection on this earth. However, striving for the best you can personally be has given you the impetus to excel at many of the things you can now model yourself. Unconditional self-worth is in the bag!

Your TEDx was most impressive. Thanks for sharing!!!
