How do you shift your mindset around self-worth?

What role does meditation play in the self-worth journey?

Today’s Unconditionally Worthy guest is Mahima Lucille Klinge, Europe’s #1 Self-Mastery Mentor, Mindset Trainer, International Bestselling Author, and Award-Winning Speaker, as well as Founder of The Mahima Mindset. Put simply, The Mahima Mindset helps people find and live their higher purpose.

In this episode, Mahima and I talk about the power of meditation and mindset on your self-worth journey. She also sheds light on her story of overcoming trauma and oppression to build a vibrant life and how she has helped tens of thousands of people do the same. Plus, she shares a free gift with you (see below) that will help you start your own meditation practice for connecting with your self-worth.

Meditation helps you tap into the part of yourself that’s more than what you do or what you have in the world.

For Mahima, the self-worth journey really began when she realized that we come into this world with nothing and we leave this world with nothing. Our body is but a momentary vehicle in which we’re traveling through life. “My self-worthiness improved when I started to understand and gave myself the power of the now… and truly focus on it,” Mahima says.

Meditation is one tool we can use to ground ourselves in the power of now and focus on our unconditional worthiness.

If you want change and transformation in your life, all you need to do is make that decision. Choose change and transformation. Once you do that, you will start to manifest teachers, support systems, and the messages you need to see and hear for that change to happen. You don’t need to know all the next steps and it’s okay if you’re scared, just trust that the next steps will unfold for you. This is a much more free way of living life than living in fear, scarcity, and worst-case scenarios.

To get out of your head and into your heart, to cultivate inner peace and connect with your self-worth, consider beginning a meditation practice.

Many people say they can’t meditate, but Mahima asks: Can you breathe? Can you love? Can you listen? If so, then you can meditate.

Your self-worth comes from within. It comes from an inner knowing of who you are. Meditation provides the space and silence for you to listen to yourself and connect to this inner knowing. Give yourself the gift of stopping to listen to yourself, give love to yourself, and just breathe. It’s not about checking a box or reaching a destination, it’s about cultivating a new, more powerful way of being with and showing up for yourself.

“[Meditation] is a tool to go inside and become quiet enough to do the work that nobody wants to do, which is own[ing] your s.h.i.t. so you can own your beauty.”
