Therapy with Dr. Adia
Claiming your worth will help to relieve anxiety, depression, and heal trauma. I would love to have the honor of supporting you on this journey.
You are a high achieving BIPOC person who has spent years working hard to prove that you are worthy and good enough. And now you’re tired, stressed, and maybe even experiencing burnout.
You’re ready to learn new coping skills, claim your worth, and tap into your inner wisdom so you can make aligned choices, release anxiety and depression, and finally thrive.
Therapy with me will compassionately guide you to do all of these things.
My approach
I use my training as a licensed clinical psychologist, 15 years of experience working with clients, and signature frameworks for self-compassion and unconditional self-worth to support you in healing from trauma, releasing anxiety, and overcoming depression.
I take a strengths-based, trauma informed, culturally responsive approach to my work with individuals.
