While the pandemic forced most of us to slow down and reevaluate our lives, some of us have initiated a full transformation.

During this period of widespread rest and reflection, Natasha Koscak has been able to quiet the chaos from her childhood trauma and finally face her darkest demons.

Through this journey to the Self, Natasha has discovered her unconditional worth and has become an emotional warrior.

In this episode, Natasha talks about her unique self-worth journey and how the Unconditionally Worthy Course supported her in embracing her unconditional worthiness. She also shares the biggest lessons she’s learned from connecting with her self-worth, how to overcome the fear of getting support, and she even sheds light on how this work helped her quit smoking and stay sober.

Life was challenging for Natasha before taking the Unconditionally Worthy Course. But now, she lives a rich and vibrant life, waking up with a renewed excitement for each and every day.

Having grown up through immense childhood trauma, Natasha never developed self-confidence. As she got older, she found herself stuck in a loop of unfulfilling jobs, unhealthy relationships, and a crippling feeling of shame that held her back from connecting with her true self-worth..

When the pandemic hit, she knew that it was time to start her self-worth journey because she was tired of not feeling good enough. It just so happened that the Unconditionally Worthy community and the course had the tools and the support Natasha needed to cultivate self-compassion, accountability, self-forgiveness, and healing.

Natasha experienced a powerful transformation.

“It really just showed me the power of believing in yourself,” Natasha says. “I’m whole just as I am and it’s a beautiful gift.”

Are you scared of reaching out for support or doing the work to embrace your self-worth?

Natasha understands! She recommends talking to yourself like a good friend and reminding yourself that you are worthy no matter what, even if you don’t believe it right now. She also reminds you that the money you would spend on this kind of support probably isn’t that much compared to how much money you’re spending on numbing or distracting yourself from this part of life.

So, that’s something to put into perspective. For Natasha, this was her turning point. She finally gave herself the opportunity to honor her bravery and embark on this incredible expedition to feel enough.

Through the meditations, affirmations, and writing we did as a group, Natasha became more and more comfortable with being herself and trusting herself. She even let go of the word ‘perfect’ because she realized how detrimental perfectionism can be to her feelings of worthiness. Now THAT is a powerful realization!

Let’s fast forward to now… a few months after the course ended. Natasha’s new favorite word is ‘vulnerable’. She has a new job, a healthy, emotionally mature relationship, is making new friends, and trying new hobbies and workout classes. She has a new lease on life!

With so much more room to have fun and feel the vibrance of life, the possibilities are endless for Natasha.

“I commend everyone who is on their self-worth healing journey for having the courage to want to be here,” she says.
